Carol Bond

A home is a significant investment – financially and emotionally. It would be my privilege to learn about your needs and wishes, help uncover your options and guide you through the experience of buying or selling your home.

I was born and raised in rural Brampton. As newlyweds, my husband and I made our first home together in Mississauga. Ultimately, Georgetown is where we chose to put down roots more than twenty years ago and raise our family. Much of my life has been spent exploring the scenic Credit River and other treasures in and around these areas.

Like many, I worked while raising my family and enjoyed a rewarding career in sales and marketing for more than two decades. Listening to customers, knowing the product, understanding the market, acting with integrity and an uncompromising focus on customer service have been key ingredients of my success.

Becoming a real estate agent has allowed me to marry my professional expertise with one of my passions – helping others find their perfect home.

Darryl Bond

I acquired my real estate license to support my wife Carol in her quest to help people successfully navigate the purchase of a new home or dream property.  As residents of Georgetown for over 25 years, we have successfully invested in both local residential and recreation properties across North America by using a favourable growth, steady as she goes real estate strategy which sparked our interest to enter the industry.
